Nathan founded Ordinary AI Labs in 2018 and has led it since. He works primarily on company strategy, research direction and long-term partnerships, and remains closely involved in technical decisions. He believes difficult problems are solvable, which is either the company’s greatest asset or its defining risk, depending on who you ask.
