Daniel Cross

Daniel leads security, risk and threat management across Ordinary’s research and production environments. He came to the company from military intelligence and critical infrastructure security, and joined on the condition that he would report to the founder rather than through operations.

His remit covers physical access, systems security, incident response and the boundaries around the company’s agent deployments. He wrote most of the current escalation procedure himself, and has been heard to describe it as the only document in the building that assumes something will go wrong.

He is not interested in speculation, and says so.
